With the upcoming holidays I wanted to share some great finds for dressing and impressing at any party or event you might be going to. I have teamed up with PinkBlush to show a couple of pieces that I love for Caroline and myself that are comfortable and on-trend for the perfect holiday party outfit, or really any fun party you have coming up!
You all know by now that dressing Caroline is basically my favorite thing to do these days and PinkBlush has so many amazing items to choose from. I just had to have this Pink Ruffle Wrap Tie skirt for her the moment I saw it because it was so playful with the ruffles and the little bloomers underneath, but dressy at the same time. The material is SO soft I really wish it came in my size so we could match. :) I decided since this skirt is so pretty in pink that I would stick with that theme and paired it with a graphic onsie, pink knotted headband, and her comfy UGG boots that will help her be in party mode all night. Here's a mommy tip for ya, if you plan on dressing your little one up for an event, the key to success (especially around age 5-6 months) is to make sure the feet are always comfortable. I mean you really want to make sure everything is comfortable for baby, but Caroline is very into her feet right now, and if her shoes aren't comfy she is not happy! As you can tell from the pictures snapped right before heading out Caroline loves her little skirt and even though Daddy had to help her model it, she's ready to pose, spin, and dance the night away in it!
I am wearing the Light Olive Satin Ruffle Trim Cold Shoulder Top from PinkBlush and am soo loving the way it looks on me! If you haven't heard about the cold shoulder trend then you better get on it because my style tip to you is that "cold shoulder" is here to stay. I love the peek-a-boo shoulders in this top because it adds that slightly sexy edge to a beautiful flowy top making it party perfect. From tees to sweaters PinkBlush has so many cold shoulder options to choose from you could wear a different top a day til the new year! The silky satin material of this top makes paring with leggings a breeze and I finished the look with black flats, and a burgundy, chunky necklace for my splash of sparkle. All of these items I paired with the top I already owned so it was super easy to piece together my party ready look when I received the top!
Lastly, and my favorite, the Charcoal Cold Shoulder Ruffle Trim Button Down Hi-Low Maxi Dress is such a fun and sassy option for a night out. This is truly a great day-to-night piece because you can throw on a sweater and boots during the day for a fun look, or pair some wedges and a leather jacket with it at night for some extra sass. Ruffle hems give looks an extra bohemian detail that I love, and the high-lo aspect to the dress makes it even more fun to pair with some great shoes!
I have linked the PinkBlush pieces below so shop away. The best time to gather your party wardrobe is now!
